Smarter dentistry starts with seeing more, and seeing it sooner. At Revolution Dental Group, we have invested in advanced dental technology in Oregon City, OR so we can diagnose earlier, plan around your individual anatomy, and treat with real precision. From 3D imaging to in-house design and fabrication, the tools in our office let us catch small problems before they grow, build treatment that fits your mouth exactly, and produce results that look and feel natural.
Our technology also makes your visits easier. Digital scanning replaces the messy impression trays most patients dread, and a fully connected workflow links every step from diagnosis to your finished restoration without sending your case across the country. The result is shorter appointments, fewer surprises, and care that is shaped around what your teeth actually need.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography Scanner (CBCT)
Captures a three dimensional view of your bone, nerves, and soft tissue in a single pass. It shows us what a standard x-ray cannot, including impacted teeth, bone abnormalities, and infections below the surface, and it lets us plan implant placement precisely before your surgery day.
Dental X-Ray Imaging
Detailed images of your teeth and jawbone that reveal cavities between teeth, infections, and bone abnormalities before they cause symptoms. Keeping imaging in house means faster answers and treatment options during the same appointment.
Digital Bone Density Analysis
Paired with your CBCT scan to measure the quality and volume of bone available for implants. It tells us whether you need grafting before treatment and where each implant will hold best, which is often the difference between being told no elsewhere and getting a plan here.
Intraoral Scanner (Trios 5)
Records a complete digital impression of your teeth and gums in under a minute. There is no tray and no impression putty, and your scan feeds straight into our design and treatment planning workflow.
Facial Photography and Imaging
Used alongside your scans to map implant positions and check facial harmony. Photography gives us a reference for symmetry and proportion, so your final teeth look natural in the context of your whole face.
3D Visualization and Virtual Modeling
We build virtual models of your teeth and jawbone from your scans. Working in three dimensions helps us diagnose complex problems, sequence treatment in advance, and show you the expected outcome before you commit to anything.
Digital Smile Design
Renders your new smile before treatment begins, so you can give input on shape, size, and proportion while the plan is still on screen. We pair it with facial analysis so your result suits your face, not just your bite.
Computer-Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM)
The digital design layer behind our crowns, bridges, and full arch work. Your scan becomes a virtual model on screen, where we refine the fit, bite, and contour of your restoration before anything gets milled or printed.
Invisalign Clear Aligner Workflow
As an Invisalign Certified Partner, we capture your bite with digital imaging and use it to produce a series of aligners that shift your teeth gradually. Most patients finish in six to eighteen months.
SprintRay Pro 55 3D Printer
Produces surgical guides, temporary teeth, and full arch prosthetics in acrylic, dental resin, and zirconia. Printing in house means we can create, test, and revise your appliance in hours rather than waiting weeks on an outside supplier.
In-House Milling Units
The workhorse of our lab. Our mills cut crowns, bridges, and implant abutments (the connector piece between an implant and your new tooth) with pinpoint accuracy from ceramic, zirconia, resin, and wax.
Same-Day Restoration System (CEREC)
Chairside design and milling that completes your crown or bridge in one visit. Your restoration is designed digitally, milled from a solid block of ceramic in roughly fifteen minutes, then hand finished by our technicians so the shade and translucence match the teeth around it.
3D Printed Surgical Guides
Custom guides produced in our lab ahead of your procedure that direct each implant to its planned position. They reduce surgical risk, improve precision, and shorten your time in the chair.
IMETRIC ICAM 4D Photogrammetry Cameras
A handheld setup of four camera units and a light projector that records the exact position of every implant in your mouth. That level of accuracy is what allows us to finalize and deliver your full arch restoration within a day of surgery.
On-Site Oral Surgery Center
A fully equipped surgical suite staffed with a surgical team and in-house anesthesia providers. No referrals, no scheduling delays, and no unfamiliar office. Complex procedures happen in the same building where you get your cleanings.
IV Sedation delivered by our in-house CRNA
Sedation here is delivered by our own Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, not an outside provider. You get a pre-sedation health screening, continuous monitoring at hospital level throughout your procedure, and sedation depth adjusted to your specific health profile. Almost no dental office in the area can offer that level of medical oversight.
Platelet Concentration for Healing (PRP and PRF)
We draw and process a small amount of your own blood to concentrate the platelets that drive tissue repair, then place it at your surgical site. Using your own biology to speed healing means less swelling and a shorter recovery.
Ultrasonic Scalers
Used during deep cleanings to remove plaque and tartar from above and below your gumline with high frequency vibrations. Clearing bacteria at that depth reduces inflammation and gives your gum tissue a chance to heal.
