Dr. Raleigh Pioch, DDS

Founder & Lead Implant Surgeon

Dr. Raleigh founded our practice and developed the IMPower™ implant system after training at the University of Michigan. Patients praise his steady skill and friendly, down-to-earth manner. An Oregon native and father of six, he gives you his personal number for direct access.

Dr. Kevin Aminzadeh, DDS, MS

Prosthodontist

A prosthodontist trained at the University of Michigan’s Graduate Prosthodontics program, Dr. Aminzadeh is an internationally recognized authority on implants and full-mouth reconstruction. He founded Implant Genius and Key Dental Laboratory, and teaches advanced implant technique at the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Jivko Gueorguiev, DDS

General & Implant Dentist

Dr. Gueorguiev completed his General Practice Residency at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. His advanced training covers implant dentistry and prosthetics, digital design, periodontics, and airway health, backed by hospital experience with medically complex and emergency cases.
